Neuromuscular Therapy is a very specific manual therapy. It is the use of fixed pressure on distinct myofacial points to relieve pain and pressure. We manipulate the body’s soft tissue, which includes tendons, muscles and connective tissue, to stabilize the central nervous system.
Neuromuscular Therapy focuses on trigger points, addresses poor posture, biomechanical dysfunction, nerve compression syndrome, and ischemia. (lack of blood supply)
